Requesting Official Transcripts
All courses taken at Florida Tech are indicated in chronological order on the student’s academic transcript. Prospective graduate students will have their Florida Tech transcripts requested on their behalf as part of the application process.
Florida Tech has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as agent for all official transcript requests. Select the Order Official Transcript link above to place your order. If you have questions about using this service, email service@studentclearinghouse.org.
A student ID number (900#) or Social Security number is needed to place an order for an official transcript. If you took professional development coursework and need a student ID to place your order, you may contact the transcript office for assistance: transcripts@dbctl.com.
- Unofficial transcripts are available to current students by logging in to PAWS with your TRACKS user name and password to retrieve unofficial transcripts.
- If you need to have your credentials reset, visit the IT website and click on Password Tools.
- Unofficial transcripts are not available to prior students or alumni who no longer have a current user name and password for PAWS.
For questions, contact: transcripts@dbctl.com

National Student Clearinghouse

You may also visit the National Student Clearinghouse website. Currently enrolled students may obtain a free verification of enrollment online through the Student Academics tab in PAWS.
The university does not provide graduation completion letters. Verification of degree completion is reflected on the student’s official transcript.
A degree audit for each candidate petition is performed by the Office of the Registrar. This process determines the completion of degree requirements for each candidate. Completion (verification) information is available only on an official transcript once the audit is final. Official transcripts contain degree-awarded information and are available to eligible students approximately fifteen (15) business days after final grades for the term have posted.
Candidates receive specific date information about the availability of certification/verification information on their official transcript through their Florida Tech email account regularly during the term for which they have petitioned to graduate. Dates are subject to change.
